Do you offer returns or exchanges?Updated a month ago

We do offer returns, but not exchanges. 

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of the order date if it is unopened and the security seals remain intact.

Items Not Eligible for Refund
Unsealed or opened
Used
Relabeled or refilled
Missing components from Gift with Purchase (GWP) or Exclusive Sets
Damaged product cartons

Please note: Complimentary samples do not need to be returned with your order. However, any complimentary gifts must be returned along with the returned items to qualify for a full refund. If a gift is not returned, its retail value may be deducted from the refund.

How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email us via our Contact Form with:
Your order number
The email address used at checkout
Confirm that your products are unopened and unused

Customers are responsible for shipping products back at their own cost.

Once we receive and inspect your return to confirm it was unopened, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method for the product(s) and any applicable tax. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Returns are at the customer’s expense and are only accepted for purchases made on cellcosmet.com. For items purchased through a retailer, please contact them directly.

Cellcosmet monitors the number of returns made by customers. Where Cellcosmet believes repeated misuse of the Return Policy has occurred, or to take advantage of promotional offers, and subsequently returned, Cellcosmet may impose restrictions on a customer account, such as refusal to accept future purchase orders or return requests.
