Orders delivering to Canada addresses will ship from Canada.  

Orders shipping to US addresses will ship from the US.  

You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been shipped out. We aim to ship orders within 2 business days of submitting them on the website.  

Depending on the shipping method you selected and your destination address, orders can take 3-10 business days to reach you. If you can’t find the shipment confirmation email, double-check your spam folder or feel free to email us at [email protected] or through our contact form and we will send you a copy. You may also check the status of your order by using our chat function on our website, and selecting the “Track and Manage My Orders” button. 

We also recommend adding us to your contacts to prevent additional emails from going to spam.
