How do I track my order?Updated 2 months ago

Orders delivering to Canada addresses will ship from Canada. Orders shipping to US addresses will ship from the US. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been shipped out. We aim to ship orders out within 2 business days of your submitting them on the website.  

Depending on the shipping method you selected and your destination address, orders can take 3-7 business days to reach you. If you can’t find the shipment confirmation email, double-check your spam folder or feel free to email us at [email protected] or through our contact form and we will send you a copy.  

We also recommend adding us to your contacts to prevent additional emails going to spam.
