If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of the order date if it is unopened and the security seals remain intact. Please note that items must be in saleable condition to qualify for a refund. 

We’re unable to refund items that are: unsealed, used (unless damaged or faulty), relabeled or refilled, pierced or opened, missing components from Gift with Purchase (GWP) or Exclusive Sets and damaged product cartons.  

To request a return, just email us at [email protected] with your order number and the email used at checkout. 

Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method for the product(s) and any applicable tax. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 

Returns are at the customer's expense and are only accepted for purchases made on cellcosmet-cellmen.us. For items bought through a retailer, please contact them directly.
