Our delivery partners use different methods to confirm that your order has been successfully delivered. This may include:
- A signature from the person receiving the package
- The name or verbal confirmation of the person who accepted it
- Or a photo showing the package at your delivery address
If you’re not home at the time of delivery, your package may be left in a secure location (such as your doorstep, mailbox area, or with a household member, building concierge, or mailroom).
For orders shipped with the “Signature Required” option, the courier will not leave the package unattended. Instead, they’ll leave a notice and reattempt delivery or provide details for pickup.
Once our delivery carrier confirms that your order was delivered to the address you provided using one of the above methods, the shipment is considered successfully delivered.
If a delivery notice is left at your door, please make sure to collect your package from the carrier’s pickup location within the stated time frame to avoid it being returned to us.
Please note: If you have a personal agreement with the carrier allowing deliveries without a signature, Cellcosmet cannot be held responsible for any lost or missing packages once delivery has been confirmed.
