You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been shipped out. We aim to ship orders within 2 business days of submitting them on the website.
Depending on the shipping method you selected and your destination address, orders can take 3-10 business days in total to reach you. If you can’t find the shipment confirmation email, double-check your spam folder, or feel free to contact us through our contact form, and we will send you a copy. You may also check the status of your order by using our chat function on our website and selecting the “Track and Manage My Orders” button.
