If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of the order date if it is unopened and the security seals remain intact. Please note that items must be in saleable condition to qualify for a refund.
Items Not Eligible for Refund
We’re unable to refund items that are:
Unsealed or opened
Used (unless damaged or faulty upon arrival)
Relabeled or refilled
Missing components from Gift with Purchase (GWP) or Exclusive Sets
Damaged product cartons
Please note: Complimentary samples do not need to be returned with your order. However, any complimentary gifts must be returned along with returned items to qualify for a full refund. If a gift is not returned, its retail value may be deducted from the refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method for the product(s) and any applicable tax. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Returns are at the customer’s expense and are only accepted for purchases made on cellcosmet.com. For items purchased through a retailer, please contact them directly.
